I've actually been in Ravelry for several months now, but I keep forgetting to announce my name there - tradweaver. I keep putting things up, little by little. It's a great wander around time-waster, but it's also a fabulous resource.
I think I should just try not to peek in while I'm at work!

- My Mama taught me how to knit as a child, and I learned to weave and spin from Norman Kennedy in 1980 and haven't looked back. I have loved to sing for as long as I can remember.

In spite of having sworn to pass up on all Jane Austen knock offs, I somehow felt that P D James might possibly get it right. Alas, I was mistaken, and I regret the hours devoted to reading this ponderous tale.
This is Daphne Du Maurier's second novel and it contains a lot of the angst and restlessness of a young man who has much to learn on his way to adulthood. A little angst goes a long way, but there is much in the writing that is evocativ...
